Bliss House is a boutique retreat house on the edge of Wolski Forest in Kraków, Poland. Teams spread across cities and countries come here for 2–5 days to work without distraction and finally meet in person: around the fire, in the sauna, on a forest path.
Exclusive use, 7 rooms and 25 beds, an 85 m² workshop room with projector, sauna and hot tub in the garden, forest at the gate.
We are not a conference hotel and not a countryside B&B. We are a house that becomes one team's office and place to rest for a few days — your private space.
Teams from abroad land at KRK and are at the house ten minutes later. Mornings in the workshop room with the projector, afternoons in smaller groups on the terrace and in the dining hall, evenings in the sauna and by the fire. You sleep under one roof, so the conversations that never fit into a video call happen on their own.
Works well for: quarterly planning, project kick-offs, hackathons, onboarding a cohort of new hires, product strategy.
A workshop in the morning, forest, hot tub and cooking together in the afternoon, an evening around the fire. No hotel anonymity: the house is yours alone, and we plan the programme with you so that "team building" means more than sitting at a table.
Works well for: merging teams after a reorganisation, year-end reviews, department retreats, a hybrid team meeting once a quarter.
4–10 people, two days, one room, silence and forest. No distractions, and a kitchen that cooks for you. A good place for the decisions you keep postponing at the office.
We are inside the Kraków city limits, in Zakamycze, where the city ends and Wolski Forest begins.
A team from Gdańsk, Berlin, London or Amsterdam lands before noon and is in the workshop room by 12:30.
Dinner on the Main Square, a walk through Kazimierz, Wawel Castle before the flight home. Public transport stop a 6-minute walk away, 20 minutes by taxi.
Wolski Forest starts at the garden gate. Kryspinów lake is 15 minutes away: swimming in summer, cold plunges in winter. Climbing crags nearby.
85 m², two glass walls onto the garden, a fireplace in the middle. A full-team workshop in the morning, breakout groups after lunch: one stays in the room, one takes the dining hall, one goes out to the terrace.

The best conversations in a team don't happen at the flip chart. They happen in the sauna at nine in the evening and around the fire, when nobody is looking at the clock.
Kryspinów lake is 15 minutes from the house. Swimming in summer, cold-water plunges in winter for the brave.
You rent the whole house. Nobody else uses the workshop room or the kitchen.
7 rooms, 25 beds. Rooms sleep 1 to 5; in most, beds can be joined or separated. Linen and towels provided. Check-in from 3 pm on arrival day, check-out by noon on departure day.
Parking for 8 cars at the house and around 10 more spaces along the street.

The house is substance-free.A glass of wine or a beer with dinner is fine. What we don't host is parties: Bliss House is built for offsites focused on work, conversation and rest. If you are planning a party with a bar, honestly: another venue will suit you better.
Quiet hours at night.We respect the neighbours and the forest. Late conversations by the fire, yes, but quiet hours start at 10 pm.

We have a 1 Gbps fibre connection, and Wi‑Fi covers the whole house: workshop room, dining hall and bedrooms. A dozen or more laptops, video calls and streaming all run in parallel without trouble. For larger teams working simultaneously we can add an extra access point.

We tailor the menu to your team. The standard option is full board with meat dishes; on request we cook healthy plant-based and vegetarian food built on local, seasonal produce. Allergies and exclusions are collected before arrival. You can also cook yourselves in our kitchen.
Yes. The room is available by the hour Monday to Thursday, 8 am–10 pm. Friday to Sunday the house is reserved for groups staying overnight.
The deposit is non-refundable but can be moved to another date if you let us know at least 2 months before the booking starts.
